You Have a Positive Test. Now What?
You saw those two lines. Your heart jumped.
And then, very quickly, the questions started.
What can I eat? What can’t I eat? Why am I this tired? Should I be scared of this pain? When do I go to the hospital? What tests do I need? Is it safe to?
You opened Google. You got seventeen different answers. You asked in a WhatsApp group and got twenty-three more.
And somewhere in all of that, you lost the thread of what was actually true.
This course exists to give you that thread back.
